The Queen's Park was the southside response to the West End or Kelvingrove Park, and Victoria Road the route to the park. Along its length grew Govanhill and Crosshill.
This tour looks at how Glasgow grew to meet the park and how Govanhill and Crosshill tried to resist Glasgow's advances.
We start at the Queen's Park Glasshouse and walk to Eglinton Toll.
Once again, this tour is free to paid-up members of NGS and £5 to non-members.
