Over June icecream architecture have been resident in the Review Gallery at The Lighthouse, and on site at CUSTOM QUAY. Along with their team of interns, Sarah Frood and Desmond Bernie have been considering ways to improve and enable use of the stretch of riverside between the Briggait and Bridge Street. CUSTOM QUAY, although kitted-out with an amphitheatre, shop units, grassy bank and iconic sculpture, has become little more than a Sherriff Court after-party location and route-way to somewhere else.
Icecream architecture would like to invite you to a discussion regarding this area on Wednesday 27th June at 5.30pm. They will present to you their findings and proposal for future interventions and developments. They would like you to contribute and listen to views and opinions of the area.
Please RSVP by return email.
